The 25 year old TV star has ambitions to own a stately country home and hopes it will be the start of a property portfolio.

The ex-semi professional footballer found fame on the reality show The Only Way Is Essex before coming second to McFly’s Dougie Poynter in the ITV reality show I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here.
He now presents the ITV2 spin-off show to the popular dating programme Take Me Out entitled Take Me Out: The Gossip – his first TV presenting role.
A source told the Sunday Mirror: "Mark has always fancied himself as a bit of a Lord of the Manor type and has dreamed for years of having a huge stately home with a load of expensive cars in the driveway.
"You can tell by the way he dresses that he likes the country gent look... I mean, how many 25-year-olds wear a blazer and a cravat?"
The source added: "He was a big name because of TOWIE, but I'm A Celebrity raised his profile to a completely new level and he has made a lot of money as a result.
"He wants to invest that in something solid and feels property is the way to go."
Sewardstone is located in the Epping Forest district of Essex and is the only area outside Greater London to be covered by a London postcode district. It is also the world headquarters of the Scout movement.
